Crossroads is a licensed mental health partial care program that provides services to adults who have significant mental, substance abuse and/or behavioral issues.
Located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, in a 16,000 square foot facility, the program provides a variety of counseling and support services to individuals living in Atlantic County and its surrounding counties. The program is designed to work with individuals who need more help than traditional mental health outpatient care and who do not have significant enough symptoms to require psychiatric hospitalization.
To be considered for admission, an individual must have an interest in receiving help, a mental health diagnosis that significantly impacts his or her life and the ability to pay for services.
Crossroads provides Daytime Partial Care Services Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We also provide Evening Partial Care Services Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM. At this time Evening Partial Services can only be provided for privately insured and Private Pay clients.
Crossroads accepts Medicaid for payment of services. In addition, the agency is an in-network provider of Magellan, Independence Blue Cross, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey and other self insured agencies.

To help each consumer gain the skills necessary to live, learn and work in the community as independently as possible.
To provide emotional, educative and case management supports in a safe, clean, dignified and therapeutic treatment environment.
To affirm each consumer’s strengths and abilities and to foster a sense of community and social support at the program.

Crossroads is located in an office building on a quiet side street in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We are approximately five minutes from the Atlantic City International Airport.
